Nike is dropping out of the Man U kit business next season. Not sure how long our UA contract is, but would love to have Nike on board if they could recreate something for us like they have for France.

I mocked up a couple new pictures to show what they might look like being worn by players, obviously ignore Defoe being in the picture it was just the best picture of a previous Spurs black kit I could find.

Both look good on your mock ups. The home kit really isn't as bad as everyone is making out

I've been buying Under Armour gear for years, well before the contract with Spurs. Their stuff is of very good quality. Spoke to a few people who work in sportswear recently and they said despite getting all the free stuff they can from their companies they go and buy UA.

Can't believe some people want all that cheap Nike and Adidas gear. After all there's only One Hotspur. Imagine what this place would be like if Spurs ended up with the same Adidas default design shirt as Chelsea but just in white.

It's amazing how many pro athletes choose UA when they are not contractually obliged to wear other brands.

UA makes better quality stuff in every category except for footwear. If you give me a choice between UA or Nike I'm going UA 100% of the time.

Nice post. In that case, UA should just go and poach the Nike bloke who designs the France kit.

It seems you must be a defoe fan for you to mock it up and I hate to break it you, but Defoe left in february

Sorry Bro:unsure:
I guess you conveniently missed the bit where he says "ignore Defoe being in the picture"?

I thought it was a nice effort.

Nike have got 50 years on UA on the footwear department so I'll give you that. I still wouldn't go Nike though :)

They're actually really investing heavily in footwear research at the moment and their running shoes have won lots of awards in the mags.

And how else do you think Daws rakes those unbelievable Hoddle-like cross field diagonals without his trusty UA boots?

Don't tell the missus but one of favourite parts of a trip to Japan recently was stumbling across the giant UA stores, made the most of it as they don't have one here yet!
