I can't believe you lot are still moaning about this seasons kit. Shouldn't you be trying to find leaks of next seasons now ? Seems like there's a few other clubs floating around if you choose to believe them.

Few simple alternatives, similar to the colours we have this year :)

yep. they all look good to me. I would have the AIA as blue on the home shirt though. I am not a fan of three colours - always just the two for me please.

So I think the club is really having trouble selling these kits, especially the home ones...

The Home kit has been half price for what feels like 2 months now. The club is doing free domestic and international shipping on orders over £40, I just saw on twitter. But thats not the end of it. I was looking at club store's site and if you have an account, the home shirt is £20.83(the cap one final shirt is £25) and the away and third shirts are £41.67. I dont remember the club doing this with last years kits at all.

Yeah there's no doubt they're struggling to move them, especially the home given the rampancy of sales with that one all year. I don't ever remember them doing sales for the home specifically before, let alone multiple in midseason. As tempting as it is to buy a commemorative cup final shirt for such a low fee, I just cannot bring myself to do it because I would never wear that thing out in public.

Even for those who like this year's slew, this is a good message to the club. They clearly need to do a better job of assessing and agreeing to the presented designs under consideration of market trends, or they could end up losing quite a bit of money. No doubt with the Bill Nich collector's features they problem thought these would do well. But this is especially given contrast because of how well they apparently did with last year's lot. Yet more fans, but the sales dropped anyway, and it would seem considerably so.

its the silly yellow fringes that ruin it for me, otherwise its a nice kit.

Yeah that's what puts it over the top IMO, but I'm also not a fan of the navy stripe across chest and through the sleeves.

However, while I've wanted us to get back to more yellow, I do think if there was no yellow on that kit it might actually be decent. Otherwise, as I've said far too many times now, it just looks like a shitty Fisher Price toy.

The red sponsor ruins it also, IMO. Should be blue or any other color.

I can live with the red sponsor tbh, just not with the yellow. Looks horrid. Although I would agree that were they to have made the sponsor navy or black, just as with the yellow fringes, it wouldn't be so bad. It's the combination of all the above, plus the weird design, that to me makes it a concoction of suck.

Those prices are probably because you are logging in from overseas as they are net of VAT. If you add the 20% VAT you are back to the normal price before you login on your account.

They have put home shirts on sale mid-season before, and I think this sale is a push for as many people to be wearing colours at the final as possible.

I actually like the kit, and don't think it's the yellow that's the problem. The yellow on the collar is weird, and the blue line across the chest doesn't quite seem right. I'll probably pick one up next week.

I own the away kit and third kit, the Mrs loves the yellow one as she can find me easily in the supermarket when I go wandering off. I don't hate the home top but I don't like it either. Every time I see it I can't decide if I like it or not. Hence the reason why I never purchased it.

Has there been anymore info/rumours around the possible Nike kit deal? I'm still praying that this comes true.

I wondered if the reduce in kit price was something to do with things changing for next season.

I loved last seasons kit before it kicked off, it is now a stain, hidden in the inner depths of my closet in avoidance of the associated feelings of last season.

This seasons kit I abused wildly before we even kicked a ball. I now kind of really like the shirt, because of the team behind it.

It won't start next tear (barring very unusual circumstances), so I'm not sure where that rumor was generated but I've no doubt Nike has already aggressively sought out a contract for after termination of our current one as within the last year they only now have one club in London and only one of the big kit sellers in the league. No doubt that want back in badly, and I'm sure they could easily beat out anything UA would offer in terms of an extension.

Yes, it is time to start moaning about next year's kit now.
