Home kits reminds me of vlad some some reason, I like the keeper kit not too bad.

Still think for the price the home kit it looks cheap.

Derby County typically wear white and black, and only between 93-95 have they ever had coloured sleeves.

Not sure how that kit translates to Derby County.

To be honest I don't really pay a lot of attention to Derby County. Just off the top of my head that was the closest kit I could think of that reminded me of our 2005-6 kit, which, like this River Plate homage, didn't really look like a Spurs kit.

Would people be happy if this change was permanent, or is it more a case of liking it being a bit different?

The latter, I think.

That and the fact that it is a decent design.

Referred to at the club shop as the "Heritage Sash". Soon to be referred to on SC as the "tire tread kit".

Oh, and the new home goalkeeper kit as well:

That short sleeve top is awesome and that goaly top is one of the best I've ever seen.

There is just something so terribly tragic about a middle aged balding fat bloke wearing a shirt designed for sport when he probably hasn't done any exercise in years. Then of course there are the chavy connotations associated with it.

Even more depressing are adults who buy shirts with their favourite player's name on the back. You are not 12.
Completly different in the States. Wear an American football team shirt with a name on the back and no one bats an eylid and most are obese and balding. This country sucks when you wear your teams colours in support of them.

First home kit I've liked in a while, unless the away or 3rd is alot better, I'll be buying the home.

The shirt is still mainly white and has blue in it. Shorts are blue. Socks white with blue trim. It's not like we have gone to a purple kit for the home. The main colours are still the same. Can't understand how people get upset so much over it. It is still our traditional colours.

I would have preferred the sash to continue round the back... I really don't like the way it stops half way.... I like continuity. Half job Tottenham :D

I think it is okay, much better than a lot of kits recently, but a sash though.... I don't know...

I wouldn't go as far as saying I was upset by it! It's hardly going to ruin my weekend. I don't buy shirts anyway (well...not for a few years).

Just think it's massively out of step with our traditional home kit.

I think it would look a lot more reasonable if it wasn't for the giant red AIA in the middle of it.

I think as we obviously have to have the logo on there, it doesn't really make sense to have the 'sash' and I think it's that which makes it look a bit 'non-Spursy'.

Short sleeve is actually lovely. Will be buying that, although if yellow is our third kit with the nay sash it will be equally as nice. I hope they just invert the colours for our away kit.

With every passing year the kits get less-and-less Lillywhite... and the red logo gets bigger.

Still, let's all celebrate the heritage sash. Yay! Now we look like Crystal Palace from the 1970s.

Logo looks exactly the same size to me.
