New season

Anyone over-excited and got a prediction to make?

I'm gonna get the ball rolling with: Man City to finish outside the top 8...

Not so outlandish? Zola's way too good a manager to take a team down, and their squad should be top 12 at least.

My main predo is Hull to do a Derby and finish on a ridiculously low score, maybe not the lowest ever but definitely not over 20.

On air I said City to finish 3rd after leading United for almost the whole season. Otherwise, probably that Wolves might just squeeze into the top half of the league (let's say 12th or above for clarity) and that less than five managers will lose their job over the course of the season.

I reckon we'll see 2 new teams break into the top 4. Spurs and Man City...

1. Chelsea
2. Tottenham Hotspur
3. Man Utd
4. Man City

......I dreamt it so it must be true. Right?

Arsenal will win the league.

I just came in this thread to make just that prediction Eek. What's also odd is that their odds shortened by about 3 points in the last three days before the season. I put 2 quid on at 9-1 yesterday, which should help numb the pain should it come to pass.

i predict arsenal to end the season out of the top 6, no wait let me get back to my senses.

1. i predict arsenal to challenge for the title, something a lot of people expect them not to do. arshavin, van persie and fabregas are just too good.

2. manchester united to lose their first game of the season and not challenge for the title but end up at 4th place.

3. van persie to be this year's topscorer.

4. chelsea to win every game with a one goal margin, if they do win.
