I'm warming to the home shirt and like last season, I really like the 3rd kit.
I hated the streak of P*$$ home shirt until we started winning all the time, now I think it is the best shirt since Le Coq Sportif. (So fickle with fashion. LOL)

ANYWAY: RANT

Why are the shirts available so much later than other teams and not in Sport shops like JJB and other outlets? I came across ManUre and Arsenil shirts on a ferry the Pembroke Rosslare ferry, yet I struggled all season to find a shirt in a shop in the West. Continually sold out waiting for orders to be filled for months.

This seems to be a deliberate policy from Puma / THFC to restrict trade with the effect of creating ever more Arse, Chavs & Cockney Reds.

I wanted to get my 4 year old lad a shirt, but forget it. When I got to a game the shirts were sold out below XL and no kids shirts at all home or away. So we started selling shirts late, could not supply all the shops to satisfy demand all season and then even the club shop ran out of 'normal' and kids sizes by the Villa game.

Even money bags Tottenham must look at this and be ruing the missed sales opportunities and loss of revenue, even if they dont give a monkeys spanner about fans who cant get shirts. Is it just me or do other people think this policy is plain stupid?

Sorry; Rant over

Annoyingly, they're waiting to announce the second sponsor which won't be announced until after the Champs League play-off, as it would be unfair on the second sponsor if the first one had a 6 week window to sell the new shirts.

I'd Kevin Keegan it if it never arrives.

How much did you pay for it?

More than Levy wants to spend on a player at the moment.

Logged into the order tracking system with the courier that said 3-4 days

That makes sense but still puts the fans last.
Meanwhile, I see AON shirts everywhere for sale in almost every shop along with the Goon stuff, I feel like just wearing retro shirts and abandoning the new ones.

I know, I was feeling flush though and really like the shirt without the sponsor, so I'm quite happy paying an extra £10 for that.

Looking at it, if it is fake then someone would have to try hard to convince me. I'd rate it as much better quality than the last two home shirts I bought (the first two Mansion/Puma seasons).

Unisport Denmark, by all accounts seem to be a large, reputable and transparent company and there are apparently quite a few shops worldwide selling the shirt early minus a sponsor. Surely Spurs know about this?

It'll be hard to do that if we're going to be playing in that shirt during the play-offs! Why do you think they'd start selling the cup shirts but not the Autonomy shirts? Presumably they'd sell them simultaniously

Erm, yeah. What? Of course they'll start selling them simultaneously, but they won't announce the cup sponsor, until after we've qualified (although they might now seeing who we're playing in the qualifier) as I'm sure actually qualifying has a massive influence upon the deal.

You said they'd have a 6 week window, if they announced it before the CL play-offs. When they announce it has no baring on the sale date, they announced the Autonomy deal a week or two back, and the home shirt won't be out until September. They're not going to announce the second one, say today, and then start selling it earlier. If anything they'd sell it later but I imagine it'd just be simultanious

As I've (and others) have said before, any deal could be contingent on our achievement. Nothing to stop Ford sponsoring us £50k a match and a £10k bonus per game in the group stage. They're not going to stump up £10m if we get knocked out straight away, nor are we going to go two games without a sponsor.

The other thing to remember is the sponsorship would cover the Europa league and the domestic cups too.

You said they'd have a 6 week window, which suggests you think the othe sponsor would go on sale 6 weeks before the Autonomy one.

did he not say it would be unfair if Autonomy had a 6week period of selling the shirts before we started selling the second sponsored shirt?

I just received my shirt from Unisport. After having read through this thread, I don't feel absolutely convinced, it't not a fake. Because

1) There's no sponsor on it
2) The quality of the textile isn't what you would expect from an original (alternatively, Puma is just crap)
3) The tag in the neck, doesn't like the one from the Spurs store (which look more brownish - this is orange)
4) The sizing is silly (I had to order a medium, I usually wear large)

Anyways, I took these photos to let you all have a chance to judge whether it's a fake or not. Although Unisport is a big dealer here in Denmark (and apparently ship a lot to Norway too), the club should take action on Unisport in case the believe Unisport sell fake Spurs merchandise. If that's the case, I will be more than willing to cooperate with them, so just send me a PM.

Here ya go:

As you can see on the last pic - medium is pretty big (I'm 188cm tall - normal build), so unless you would want to wear four jackets underneath it, go medium.
