They're more than welcome. I just don't get it. That seems a lot of money to spend on something they clearly have no idea about and are so disinterested in they miss two-thirds of it. Each to their own, I just can't personally imagine buying premium tickets to a K-Pop concert or something, turning up when it's nearly over, taking some selfies and leaving again.
Alternatively, you could tackle the ridiculous gentrification of London. Longstanding communities continue to be forced out by the prices, and congestion is one impact of this. Many of our current fans will by the children or grandchildren of local Tottenham supporters, who now can't afford to live anywhere near Tottenham and have to travel in instead. And so many people have to work in central London because that's where all the jobs and economic investment is, but can't afford to live there, again putting huge strain on roads and trains. But sadly that's something the club's actively facilitating, so it's a bit hypocritical for them to moan about the poor transport links.
White Hart Lane was a building site in our last season there. Works ongoing doesn't mean we can't open, and equally visible works being completed doesn't mean we're ready.
