Why would staying at Wembley make any difference? Does he think playing at the new stadium lessens our chances of winning?

For a season and a half we've played way from home, surely playing at our own ground is more of an advantage to Cardif. Three of our losses have been at Wembley.

I don't think there is any rationale behind his quotes. Its probably his attempt for a face saver.

That old baggy faced toucan should keep his long, blunt beak out of our affairs.

That’s twice this week his piped up about things that don’t concern him regarding us. I’ve been biting my tounge all week but, the quicker they are relegated and he’s out of the league, the better.

11 year old me was kicking off mate. A permanent stain on our illustrious history.

I take it you’re indifferent towards it all or would you have rathered they played at WHL permanently?

Just think we wont notice. We'll go to games to watch spurs, we might go to watch eubank watson. We'll still think it's home.

Its the date that the contractor is supposed to give Levy a report on the latest progress. No idea if they will share it with us or any decisions will be made etc.
Perhaps they'll tell Levy where they all went on holiday because I doubt very much has happened over xmas.

I can't work out how it's an advantage to Cardiff if we stay at Wembley either. If we move into the new stadium we'd have a higher attendance (only 43K for the Wembley game against Cardiff), more vocal support and the feel good factor it would bring.

Yeah so potentially Levy could get an update on the 11th and we get one in the middle of the week after that..

Imagine the bed wetters reaction if that does happen!

So many people will be expecting an update at 00.01 on the 7 January.

please don't try and impute logic or reason to anything Neil Warnock has to say. You'll give yourself a headache.

We all know he loves a moan and he could only muster 2. Why Sissoko wasn't booked.. and Wembley despite this game being at Cardiff. What a baffoon

After witnessing the lack of atmosphere at Wembley over the last few games with the tourists outnumbering the Spurs supporters I think Warnock's comments are not based on facts. However, I am surprised that there has not been any objections from the clubs nearer the top of the league. It is difficult to gauge how the atmosphere will work in the new stadium but it cannot be any worse than it is now. To be fair if this was any other club wanting to move into a new stadium two thirds of the way through a season and we believed that it would give them an advantage this and other web sites would be venting their outrage. I wonder what we would be saying if it was our near neighbours from South London wanting to do the same?

I think we’d all still be saying Cardiff are shit. Which is the root of this conversation at the moment.

Warnock's problem is obviously that he feels we will take time to get used to the new ground and during that period we won't be as formidable as we have become at Wembley thereby giving his competitors for the drop an advantage over his club.
To be fair he may have a point which is why ordinarily clubs aren't allowed to play league games on different grounds within the same season, however he could have avoided the problem by agreeing to reverse the fixture back in September, I suspect he didn't because he thought we'd be in the new ground by now and therefore it was to his advantage to make us play at Wembley and let his competitors face us at the new ground by when we'd have settled in, in fact I have no doubt that's what he thought.
I'm sure nobody thought we'd still be at Wembley now but it doesn't alter the fact that we have the agreement to play at Wembley and then move into the new ground whenever that is, there didn't seem to be a time limit associated so no problem and Mr Warnock is just a grumpy old man.

We've won more and lost less away games in the prem.
