The report from the Greater London Authority/Mayor of London's is generally positive, but aside from the historic building which has been discussed in the thread there's quite a few issues to be finalised with more info from Spurs to be provided, discussions to be had and agreements to be given to the proposals
If everything went absolutely fantastically perfectly its 3 months to get planning agreed, but its likely with the number of points (buildings, transport, drainage, diesel generators, detailed affordable housing proposals, cycle and car parking etc) that it will be longer, but how much longer could depend upon how realistic, flexible and willing that all parties (Spurs, Haringey, GLA and other parties) are to reach an accommodation.
Full summary is worth a read (para 199) - the last 2 pages of the 34 page report.

Took me 6.5 months to get planning permission from Haringey to build a shed in my garden.
Told you not to have the bar in the corner of the shed and the neon sign outside saying' Beers - this way'
