Core 6 to be started soon

From official site
In order that construction works can continue according to timetable we need to install one of the six vertical concrete cores, which stabilise the new stadium structure, in this corner. This core is the only one that sits inside the footprint of the current stadium. Preparatory works were undertaken at the end of the last game of last season. The dismantling of the North East corner and installation of the foundations for the core will now start this week.

As always, we shall keep supporters updated with progress. Current works on site can be viewed via the live image feed at www.tottenhamhotspur.com/new-scheme/stadium-tv

I wonder if there's going to be another pour tonight. There are still concrete lorries on site and the last pour seems complete

I've got my beers set up and I've ordered a pizza and I'm going to settle in front of the PC ready for an exciting day of concrete pouring.

What happens if the concrete sets in the back of the lorry/mixer?

You get a new concrete mixer. At least a new barrell.
Think they did an episode on mythbusters trying to clean out one with dynamite. Didn't really work.

Thanks for these new photos.
Good to see the new flood system clearing the surface water efficiently:)
