Mr Knob, very apt.It's been an emotional Journey for us fans...from 2008 when they launched the original renders to now, with it actually, physically happening.
This thread has been brilliant with the photos, drawings and the combined poster knowledge and experience.
It wasn't that long ago we were reading @coopsieyid's rows with that Josiff fella at Archway and that other complete tool who was adamant that the Stadium was never going to get built...just Levy bullshit...(I can't remember his name)

Considering one of those 4000 seats was mine it was my first major clue! A Wembley win would make it easier......I think you're right...it will be a sad farewell when we say goodbye to the Lane as we know it...I haven't really thought about that much but the stark reminders that it's coming are there...4,000 seats removed from the corner and CL matches at Wembley...it'll soon be May 2017

Thanks - I must have missed the basement being dug out along this section.Yes the basement runs around 3 sides and Yes the Y shaped supports sit on the ground floor slab.
Note the basement under the South Stand is at Ground Floor level as the retractable pitch goes into it for NFL mode.
