It's the thought that its got another massive block of seating to go behind that already massive stand that really gets me hard.
Absolutely. It's gonna be huuuuuuuuuuuge

The bit that will go further up looks like it’ll be quiet far away from pitch looking at the angle
Just can't wait to see this finished.........

The South Stand will be worth at least 0.1 maybe 0.2 PPG a season IMO. Such a great decision to have it there.
Looking at that South Stand and the way they are adding in the bottom part of the tier, down to the ground, leaves me scratching my head over how they will make part of it open up to 'accommodate' the pitch when it is 'inserted' into its 'underside' area to 'expose' the NFL pitch.
It looks like it's down to the ground but it's proud of ground level judging by the base of the crane.Looking at that South Stand and the way they are adding in the bottom part of the tier, down to the ground, leaves me scratching my head over how they will make part of it open up to 'accommodate' the pitch when it is 'inserted' into its 'underside' area to 'expose' the NFL pitch.

Ha, I just meant as opposed the original design that just had the generic bowl. But touche anyway! They couldn't really have it at the other end. Cause then it would be the north stand.

I know, I didn't mean that. I meant in regards to the way the stand appears to be being built down to ground level, the front part of the stand is designed to raise up so it can slide under but it's not easy to see how that will work. The top pitch splits into 3 parts.
I'll have to look at it more closely, I'm sure it'll be more apparent when more has been completed. It looks like it's down to the ground but it's proud of ground level judging by the base of the crane.
Again, I know where it will go, and the nature of what will be above it, it's just the route the pitch will take getting there appears to be blocked by the very solid looking parts they've added to the bottom part of the tier, but clearly that's just the perspective of there's more to it than meets the eye.Due to the podium everything (very roughly) beneath this blue box is below 'ground floor' in the stadium so between that and the actual ground itself will be where the pitch will sit.

Maybe these replies are evidence that I should spend more time being clear and less trying to squeeze innuendo into my posts.
There are, or were, blue steelwork temporary supports in place that will come out.I know, I didn't mean that. I was thinking more about the grey steel rakers, which appear to have no joint and reach the floor. There are, or were, blue steelwork temporary supports in place that will come out.

They don't. There's a few pictures where you can clearly see they are suspended.Someone said on Skyscraper city that they don't actually reach the ground?
