They were still working on stuff today.
Snow will only stop ground works mainly and a few people making it in. It won’t have any real impact on the schedules

So what you are saying is - we know nothing, Jon Snow...?There's loads of work that can be done at 0ºC and with 2cm of lying snow, which is what we had in North London today. The main thing you can't do is to pour concrete and I think they're primarily busy with other operations now.
The dreaded "cold winter" you are concerned about would be 4 weeks of continuous hard frost (e.g., -5ºC), with no thaw during the days and 20cm of persistent lying snow. This is nothing.
Point taken, and you know more about the stadium than I do. However, its not only work on site such as groundworks, its getting personnel to site aswell. There's loads of work that can be done at 0ºC and with 2cm of lying snow, which is what we had in North London today. Chaps. I have no experience in construction.
I did wonder but the raker steelwork they just placed on one of them is attached to the main south stand structure which effectively means that the trees are not free standing, flying buttresses spring to mind.Chaps. I have no experience in construction, and to me the trees in the south stand look like they would fold under the weight of the steel and terrace above them.
Is it unusual for structural supports to be shaped like these?
Amazing, and with the curvature it's going to be even higher in the middle section.
Fucking right!Come on, we've all dabbled with LEGO.
Ah fuck it, we’ll take a chance. What’s the worst that can happen?Chaps. I have no experience in construction, and to me the trees in the south stand look like they would fold under the weight of the steel and terrace above them.

Sorry about that. I want you to know though that in undoing the rating I have probably inadvertently given half a dozen others neg ratings.Question for @BedfordshireSpud - would you like some tips on how to scroll using a smartphone?
Edit: just seen you've previously mentioned that you have arthritis, so apologies. Just wanted to highlight the fact you may have accidentally neg-rated the informative posts I've quoted.
They didn't say one way or the other but from both Poch & Levy 's reaction, Bale could be on the radar!
punkyguy on skyscrapercity: 1. I forget what the actual question was but Levy said "The stadium *will* be ready". Those words with slight emphasis on the "will". No caveats or anything.
2. Someone said the stadium is too small. He was initially to be 56k but is now "around 61 and a half thousand" Exact words. He then said There should be a few more seats in here-and-there before it's finished, which seems astonishing that they are making changes so late. He said that the big issue was transport and intimated that it was really hard to 61k past the council.
