Wow! Good news just keeps coming eh! Is anyone really surprised? The live cams and vids from inside the ground was showing it wasn’t gonna be ready in time, no one wanted to believe it though! - bit of a shambles at the moment thfc!

Not ideal is it but it was always a complex build with a tight deadline - wonder if we will get the same refund as the first game

There was always a real chance of this happening, the timeframe was an incredibly demanding one.

I am only an amateur onlooker, but as I said way back at the time, I don't know why Levy completely ruled out two seasons at Wembley (probably because he would have got massive pelters from the fans). I thought that would have been more logical, achievable, and stating that put him massively at a hostage to fortune. Pretty sure I also said that I thought with negotiation the league/clubs/FA would be reasonable and maybe let us move in say after Xmas..... As it, we're basically looking roughly at that scenario, just now having to readjust on the fly after making bold promises and the disruption is going to annoy fans.

Do you know what I said when multiple fans of other sides were making fun of our shitty transfer window?

Wait until you see our new stadium against Liverpool I said.

Sigh.

They best be refunding as I didn't pay to watch any games at Wembley, not some nonsense credit, money back in my account. They'll need to refund difference for Cardiff game to everyone, no chance people should be paying new stadium inflated prices for that game.
It's a bit of a shambles to be honest.

I'll be seriously pissed off if they give us this bullshit 'credit' refund again. I want my money returned for these matches

They were quick enough to take our money in May for a product we can't use until end of October

I still haven't got my membership money back yet, we'll probably get it back sometime in 2019

Well that isn't good news. It was always going to be a push to have it ready in that time frame. I'd be a bit pissed if I'd bought a season ticket.

So, the Sun breaks the news, Spurs issue an "urgent" update 12 hours later, but no mention of compensating ST holders.

The club really need to get in front of this kind of stuff.

Save the rushing about and uncertainty. Do what you always said you wouldn't and take up the 2nd year option for Wembley.

Get the stadium 100% finished and start again fresh next season after a summer of actually investing in the squad. Much better than slipping in half way through and using a partially built ground.

The club should be ashamed of themselves. They knew this all along. How could they not? There's been no reason for a delay for about 3 months and they've got people working 16hr shifts, 24/7. It's going to be amazing but once again they've mugged everyone off, as fucking per.

The only surprise is that we're surprised

Desperately disappointing if not entirely surprising - you didn’t need to be an expert in construction to see the thing is a long way from being finished, even to a standard where it could host a match.

You do wonder if the club would have said anything today, had things not been leaked?

The fact the Man City game is TBC to me suggests there is a question mark over whether we’ll be allowed to use more than one stadium this season.

Edit: just seen the city game clashes with the NFL game. Even so, I wonder when the PL will step in and say choose a fucking ground Levy.

CL matchday three is 23/24 October.
Matchday four is 6/7 November.

Can easily see the stadium not being ready for matchday four let alone three
