Wouldn't they be used mainly for before kick off and at half time?
Get through as many customers as possible in a short time.
Won't we also have restaurants parts of the ground as well? That will be where they want people to go after the game
the restaurants seem relevant. Outside of the exclusive ones just for those in expensive seats and boxes I wonder what else there might be for everyone else. Being that the club made a big deal of this in terms of the transport plan, that would imply there would be a good number of seated places /facilities for eating available at the end of the game. Maybe there will be some kind of food court in the south stand, probably not.
I think it's true to say that we don't know...that this element has not really been explained in detail.
Maybe they mean they are hoping a significant number of people will delay leaving by say 30 minutes to ease the crush on the tube and trains. At the moment I am not sure if there are facilities that would mean people would want to stay longer than that (outside of the hospitality zones that most of us won't have access to that is)
