It’s my wife’s 40th the weekend of the Brighton game. It’s bound to be the first game that weekend. ☹️

I’m in a similat boat. Unless it’s moved to the Sunday I can’t go to that match as I have a wedding.

If that’s the case, then nevermind contractual liquidated damages, I’ll find the ***** responsible for the balls up and deal with them myself.

Was just watching the debate and the Chelsea woman’s manager said “ they will be in the new stadium in 3 weeks” thought it was quite odd she gave such a specific time frame. Maybe ties in with a test end February maybe it will be ladies team.

Is the ladies team going to use the new stadium as a permanent home or just as a rumoured test event?

Rumoured test event almost certainly. None of the major ladies teams use such a big ground, the attendances are just nowhere close to enough to justify it (I believe the biggest gates are 2-3k and we are generally in the hundreds).

Would we play Chelsea? Aren’t we in div 2?
Seems very unlikely. We're in the second tier, they're at the top of the first, and we recently played them at home in the cup and got tonked 5-0 so I don't see why we'd ask for a friendly. However, we do have a mens U23s home game against Chelsea on the 1st of March - wouldn't be entirely impossible that that's being moved to use as a test event and that she'd know about it.

When they originally announced the test fixtures, I believe the first was a youth game, followed by a legends game.

Honestly don't care about anything on the pitch for the rest of the season, I just want to be in that stadium.

She's also a Spurs fan, so maybe its just blind optimism.

She was back on was she? Genuinely the best contributor I've ever seen on Sky.

Yes Emma Hayes she’s excellent. Is she a spurs fan ? You do get a few on the debate that are pretty good. Did think Liam Rosenoir was but think he lives in a bit of a fantasy land with “philosophy “ lol.
