Given it will be in November I think Hearns preference is Cardiff (for the root), but I’m sure we have a chance.

Meridian water new station opened by the ikea. Very swish seems a good alternative if you don’t mind a slightly longer walk.

Yup apparently buikt with the plan for 10k homes to be built. Saw yesterday average property prices gone up £130k in 4 years.

Eh? Surely it would go to the club? That can't be right - the debt is taken out against the club, the stadium is owned by the club...the money goes to the club

They could do with creating a better pathway to the stadium from there.
