im seeing some mixed reports on capacity for new stadium..56000 or 61000?

56000 was the original plan, but there's allegedly an updated plan to add 5000 more seats

There have been talks with the council of increasing capacity to 61k. But no formal plans have been made.

I can just picture Levy standing there with high-vis and hard hat on with a great big smile on his face as the wrecking ball rolls in to tear the place down!

So is that now the end of it!? It says there is a final chance of appeal - how long will that take?

And if they exhaust that - can Archway take this to European level?

I find it incredible that there is legal recourse that can add this many hearings on decision after decision. I am all for people being given the right to make their case - but once it becomes clear they are just stringing for time and will not accept reason then there does have to come an end to it.

Sad isn't it that although the UK is a supposed sovereign state , decisions made over here can be overruled by bureaucrats the other side of the channel .

Sadder still our political class won't let us have a referendum about it .
