Furry muff I spose. Do we get a final, final decision on this date or do they go away and ponder a verdict for another 6 months?
Pass, I just know getting time in court is usually arduous to say the least. Mostly to put people off going through with it.

I think that's a very likely outcome. Anything to do with the justice system takes five times longer than it should, and the barristers need to draw these things out, so they can justify their ridiculous fees.

It's not always like that, the courts make it hard to get heard to put people off wasting their time.

This Josif twat deserves a slap for this...

You and i would be doing the same thing if we owned his business. The CPO will go through in the end and once this issue is out of the way the building of the new ground (from what i have read) should be able to proceed.

The appeal hearing itself shouldn't take too long I would think. Hopefully we'll have a judgment by April.

I'd do what's best for my staff and business. This isn't it.

It may not be good for the staff but a much larger pay off and a relocation can't be that bad for business

But it's unlikely he'll get one.

Businesses did the same when the Emirates was built. They lost and came away with less money than Arsenal originally offered and also had to pay the court costs.

Good news. I wasn't expecting a court date until well into next year.
