Great news, let's now see if we can set a new world record for the number of Mousa Dembeles signed in a week.

18 months ago he could have walked out the door and no one would have cared. Shows the difference a top manager makes.

Nice to get him signed up.....always rated him as a player and on his day he's a beast.
As for the 18 mth he could have walked and no one would have cared......IF I recall right he said in a interview he found it hard to follow poch style ....but glad he stuck at it and more importantly the manager stuck with him.
Like the saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks.....well you can just sometimes takes longer to change from what their use to.
Think this is why poch likes the younger players and also why he's setup our kids through to the top tier learning and playing the same way .

Allegedly takes him from 40 to about 70k a week. Sounds reasonable given his complete transformation into one of our most important players.

His transformation is remarkable. He has blossomed into the player his potential has ALWAYS shown that he had. He has more to come though. His potential still shows that he can easily score at least 10 goals a season, as a base line figure, but I would say he should be getting more like 15. I genuinely have been saying this for years, as have many of us, that he can be top 5 in the world because he has everything he needs to do it. He doesn't need sprinters type pace, he glides past you and once you're behind him then it over for you.
Any way I'm babbling...

Keep Alli, Dembele and Dier fit and playing together for a few years and it'll surely become one of the best midfields in the PL.
