Doesn't matter if he's young and English. £8m is thievery by us if that's what they pay, because he's not done much in the last two years. Only reason he's looked at any higher than your 'bog standard' decent young British players like Wickham or Colback is because he plays for a bigger club and had a couple of good international games.

The planning permission was for the amendments, not the stadium. If they were declined another alteration would have had to have been submitted. Buildings the stadium wasn't in doubt. It was the latest additions.
