Sorry but isn't that like saying I'd rather scoop my eye out with a spoon than a fork?Would be more concerning if it was the same knee twice.

That's not accurate. He missed 4 in the league and 2 in the conference league. I can see you got your info from transfermarkt but it's incorrect. Look at the games he played on transfermarkt instead. He missed 11 games last season, for seven different reasons - one of which was 'unknown'. If that's not a red flag then I don't know what is.
If you can’t see he’s exactly the player we need when up against an eleven man defence then you don’t know your football. Leave the fitness, medical stuff and financials for the experts - judge him when on the field.
I’m pretty sure there’s a few who would still moan about signing VVDHe missed four league games last season through injury. One for his Hip flexor 2 for separate muscle issues and one through illness. This permanently injured tag is bollocks. He's had a long term absence previously due to ACL problems just like Virgil Van Dijk has. I doubt anyone would be shouting don't sign VVD if we put 100mil down on the table due to an injury he had 2 years ago.
It's a concern yes but that would be taken into account.
The poster has a valid point.Always amuses me when people say this to shut down any conversation. Happens in every thread.
Key words: 42 laps...In a nutshell...this
I feel he's lost some of the acceleration, and consequently threat, with the extra weight/muscle (I couldn't tell you which) he's gained.
If he can feasibly manage that (many people can't) then there's potentially a really good player there. If not, I would have concerns
The good old you don't know football argument. Hats off to you sirIf you can’t see he’s exactly the player we need when up against an eleven man defence then you don’t know your football. Leave the fitness, medical stuff and financials for the experts - judge him when on the field.
So does the other side of the argumentThe poster has a valid point.
absolute bollocks I'm afraid, 'you just don't know football' argument is pathetic in every case. The poster has a valid point.

I'd genuinely be interested to hear your views about how he's exactly what we need to break down a low block. If you can’t see he’s exactly the player we need when up against an eleven man defence then you don’t know your football. Not it really hasn't. Try reading itits not much of an argument when the basis of it is 'hes shit'. Which is a lot of what's been posted
'Fact'Along with "end of"
Actually there is something like having an ACL surgery makes it stronger than before.Sorry but isn't that like saying I'd rather scoop my eye out with a spoon than a fork?
