Exciting times ahead. With the new fair play rules in place, this expansion and the NFL agreement will give us a great chance of securing a permanent place in the top four. Also opens up a likely buy-out from an American investor in time. Personally, I'm really looking forward to the new stadium.

When fans chant "I wanna go home, Tottenham's a shithole I wanna go home" I always think "yeah fair enough" but this new home looks so good we might struggle to get rid of people that visit.

I do love the idea of a different playing surface for the NFL, that was my only concern but we'll still have our usual top quality pitch remain intact.

To think that shitty metal works place was holding all this up. What a bunch of idiots!

Fuck the transfer window.
THIS is the big deal I've been waiting 20 years for.

Finally something to top the excitement of the Klinsmann signing! !!!

I absolutely love the updated plans for the new stadium it is going to look great. I hope we can fill it for all our games not just against the bigger clubs. A capacity of 60,000 makes us bigger then the Emirates down the road. I think the Gooners won't be too happy about that but who cares about them. I am looking forward to setting foot in the new stadium, I think the atmosphere will be superb. I can hardly wait. Well done Daniel Levy for giving us a shiny new stadium that will be the envy of most in the Premier League. You deserve credit for bringing this to the fans of Tottenham Hotspur F.C. A big thank you from all of us.

Is it just me or have i been hearing multiple changes and resubmissions to building plans and until now have not been finalised yet? This must be the umpteenth time i feel im hearing this type of update. Seems that we dont seem to be moving out of the planning stage.

Lets just hope 2018/2019 is a reality

This is wonderful news & its a major, major step forward for us.

This is the lasting legacy that Levy will want to be remembered for: delivery of a not only a new stadium, but a development project that will benefit the whole of Tottenham & London.

He's made his fair share of mistakes, but he deserves a bigger pat on the back than he does a kick up the backside. Its a big thank-you from me & long may we continue under his stewardship.

Hopefully this is the beginning of something beautiful.

what's happened with the undulating roof of the last design? I hope this new one is designed to maximise the acoustics for the "enclosed" feel that the last design had.. does anyone know?
