The end of the transfer window, the loss at Arsenal and the one who's name shall not be named saga seem like an age away now. I'm so over the summer, good players in but we're a football team lets play football. Bring on Norwich and lets get this season started!!! COYS

These past couple of weeks have been pretty lame haven't they! I'm actualyl still in a bad modd about the loss to the scum but hey ho.

Hopefully we can get a convincing win tomorrow for a change! If we don't score tomorrow I will definitely be worried!

I just can't wait to see how well we perform when the players start to gel.

I'm pretty chilled on that score, I'll just settle for a win on Saturday myself...

Unfortunately, a large part of the team had been on international duty, and there had been little time since the NLD for them to train together.

We really need to destroy them to get the confidence up within the players, managing staff and the fans...

Edit- Preferably not by 5/6 penalties

Personally, I think the break has been good for us. A lot of fans vented a lot after Arsenal and after Bale went but it seems like an age ago now. Watching Bale be greeted at training yesterday with Madrid, it didn't feel like he was a Spurs player anymore if you know what I mean.

I actually can't remember the last time we destroyed a PL team. When's the last time we won by 3 goals?

I totally agree - even more so Modric, he was briefly featured in the same SSN report and called "former Spurs team mate'" I was thinking honestly it no longer even seems like he ever was a Spurs player

That's pretty sad. I'll always remember the great performances both put in, and purring in the South Stand at some of their skills. Time to move on now though.

I cant lie, I am looking forward to seeing him play for them. I could never really appreciate him because I was always on edge about us loosing .
