we don't allow many clear cut chances because we press so hard/high up the pitch that we stop the opposition at the source. plus lloris didn't start playing until november.

Add to that the amount of interceptions/breaking up of attacks Lloris is involved in which prevents him from having to make a save. Would be interesting to see how many he averages a game, but i reckon you'd see him charge out of the box to boot away or claim from a corner where most keepers would be rooted to their line at least 2-3 times a game. Over the 20 games he's started that's about another 50 saves he hasn't had to make thanks to his own pro-activity.

Lloris commands his fucking area unlike those other pussy goalkeepers who keep letting the other team have shots. Plus as a team we don't generally concede many chances.

Laugh all you like about this but Dembele has a lot to do with this.

He is a bloody machine in midfield and I can't believe the amount of work he does.

No wonder his knackard come 80 minutes

Better goal keeping stats to look at and added SAPG (Saves Per Game) and GAPG (Goals against per game). Not my original work, hijacked it from a site and added a couple of things.

Seems that the site was so good, they forgot about Brad Freidel :shifty:
