Nuno Espirito Santo now has more questions than answers after Tottenham's problems mounted up in the 2-2 draw against Rennes in the Europa Conference League.

Any bets on the new Spurs coach ?
i have seen enough
Nuno was never the right man for the job IMO, more of a desperation appointment after we had tried and failed to attract anyone more suitable. Nothing has changed in that respect, its catch 22, unless we improve dynamically no ambitious coach will want to join us, but under this manager, that improvement seems unlikely.

Not interested and I'm glad your not in any control of this. Any talk of a new manger after a few months is seriously idiotic in my opinion, and by the way, did you notice we had loads of trouble getting a manager already? What sort of message do you think we would be sending?

We are lucky lampard is no longer manager as he would would have demanded double figures and done a lap of honour.
Tuchel will be happy with just the win and let the players have a bit of rest in a busy schedule. Hopefully.

And this is not the game nuno should be judged on - they are title contenders and will beat most sides. In any case, Paratici will not sack his boy before xmas.

And you know the circumstances how ?
Oh boy, you are one of those people. Ok, we let Aurier leave on a mutual agreement. You know that wasn't because we wanted to keep him and we wanted to reward him by mutually agreeing to let him leave, right?.

Same with Emmanuel Adebayor, you know why that was, right?

Not often clubs allow let people they want to keep leave without trying to keep them.

Despite my misgivings, i still think Nuno will come good for us.

But....but if he starts Harry Winks vs Chelsea, then i can only wish that he fuck off as soon as possible

It would certainly indicate a steep learning curve for him that’s for sure. It’s always more painful watching a Spurs or England manager making mistakes that seem bleeding obvious to everyone else.

Haven't read the article but Happy Jose's masterplan for the Chavs must be 9 defenders, he's tried 7 and 8 behind the ball so its logical that he'll try 9 next.

We all knew what we were getting when he was announced so we've just got to grin and bare it.
He was the cheap option & this is what you get.

So you genuinely believe Wolves were unhappy to lose Nuno?

We know it was a mutual agreement, fact. Wolves were poor last season, fact. Managers tend to be sacked or mutually agreed to leave after a bad season, fact. Based on that, that's not hysteria, that's applying logic that works in football. I'm happy for you to expose the facts that show wolves were disappointed he left. If not then my "hysteria" is probably more realistic than yours. The Wolves announcement didn't even hint at disappointment in the decision, yet we sacked Poch and Levy put emotion to that to show it wasn't an easy decision.

you really believe that do you

he had some great years there and his last was marred by poor form and injuries. Leaving by mutual consent may be a way of both parties realising that the working relationship had gone a bit stale and both needed a change

regardless to what I believe the fact is that he’s our manager now. He started well with 3 wins in a row and has a horrendous injury list to deal with going into a match against arguably the best team in the league.
