Wasn't his name Alton?
Still can't believe you were there.
Hans Segers signed for us as 3rd choice keeper when he was about 40. Met him and hes one of the nicest blokes ever. David James is weird and Neville Southall is just massive prick. Good day
Who was that young right back who started against Liverpool in Santini's first game(or was Jol in charge by then)? Ifil was it? Whatever happened to him?
Most pointless signing was surely Stipe Pletiklosa, Croatian number 1 and signed by Redknapp even though we had Friedel and Gomes already at the club. Did he even play a game?
Christian Ceballos. Barca's U17s captain, came to us, played a few friendlies and fucked off. Not a clue where he is nowadays
He did go to Charlton Athletic he is now at a Belgian club Sint-Truiden.
As a player he was good going forward but coming back he was a nightmare.
Anyone mention Kevin-Prince Boateng?
My mistake - thanks.
Pletikosa at least was an international goalkeeper. He was less obscure than Cesar Sanchez under Ramos, and Jimmy Walker under Redknapp.
'Fucked off' isn't quite right, served about 4 years in U21 team limbo.
I remember being absolutely ecstatic about him signing cos I'd had him on PES one year. It broke my heart to only see him play once
Andy Barcham. Played a single game for us in the 06/07 season
Cameron Lancaster. Proper hard brexit name, played for us in a game against Wigan back in 2012
Cameron Lancaster was not a bad player had a lot of injuries if I Remember rightly.
Barcham was fast and on his day he was a handful.
We try not to...
I remember Prince-Poontang pulling an absolutely cracking blonde...
lol two more! Holtby and Yedlin
Barcham plays for AFC Wimbledon now. Been around a bit including Pompey.
Yes played right back briefly under El Tel as a youngster, not good enough really, not one outstanding attribute and some pretty poor ones...
