Oh Pavlyuchenko, you are the love of my life
Oh Pavlyuchenko, I'd let you shag my wife....

And who can argue.

You can say what you want about his pace, and his workrate, but he has pulled out some very important goals for us.

I hope that after he gets a long overdue rest (as I understand it he has now been playing football since March, a month longer than a regular season), and really settles into the team, he'll really hit his stride.

Loved his pass to put Defoe through for his goal. Quality, and hopefully a glimpse of more to come.

Yep, very decent player at the moment and should improve next season. He isn't afraid to shoot from anywhere. Is that 11 goals now? Not bad at all. Goals and assists, thats really what we want from our big front man.

Pav could be really great once he gets settled. I like him a lot but some people expected him to be scoring and creating from day one. The guy needs some time. Meanwhile he's still doing pretty well. And this morning I spent over two hours from a 2:45am kick off with my head in my hands getting used to not going to Wembley. To be honest I couldn't see it coming but Pav scores and I'm jumping around like the proverbial headless chicken. I feel sorry for the guy in the apartment below. I was still jumping around when Defoe scored and nearly missed it!

Agreed, he's starting to settle in nicely.
Just a shame we can't get Arshavin to play on the wing as I think Pav would be even better.
