Probably a silly question but when can I download Sundays tickets into Google wallet? Should I have received an email or is it closer to day?

you don't really download tickets, you add your pass to Google Wallet and the pass is updated with the next home game. I would expect it to be loaded already.

How did you buy the ticket , if in members sale , your pass should update automatically with the ticket, if you go into your eticket account the Forest game should be showing under "Your Next Game"

I've just had one of the admins from thr Facebook group spurs tickets for sale etc call me and said it's really rare to have not had an email.

Under your next game it says Forest but there's no option to do anything on that page. No tickets to manage. Nothing in my wallet and no email?

Will call club first thing as have all three purchase information etc but don't really understand 🤔

If the ticket is showing in your eticket account then as far as I know your pass should have updated automatically, you can't "manage the ticket as you can't resell it, try turning your phone off completely not a restart but complete power off and then turn on , that often solves problems.

Okay mate thank you .

I wonder if it's that I have a newish email address and unsure if that's linked to my wallet if that makes sense and don't know how to add my new hotmail to that.

I'm literally such a technophobe. Sure these things only happen to me 😆

So I've never actually downloaded a pass for this season yet as this is first game.

And just re reading emails came across this. Says to expect email no later than 48 hours before first game which would be forest. Screenshot_20240404_193527_Photos.jpg

Any problems just get there a bit early, go to the ticket office with your CRN number sure they will sort it out , the game is showing in your eticketing account so it's your seat all paid for.

Don't have an original email with a pass either ...apparently due to reshuffling , some of these tickets have been late to go out so hopefully they come through tomorrow. Atleast that's what one of the admins of a spurs ticket page on facebook has told me.

Does anyone else’s ticket for the forest game in the wallet say 8th April 20:00 kick off. Wondering if I haven’t had an update

Should be no need to worry if the Forest game is showing the incorrect details on digital passes due to the change of date , as long as the match is showing in eticketing accounts as "your next match" then QR code should work.
Extract from Ask Spurs.....

Even if you cannot see the details of the next fixture, there is no need to be concerned. Your ticket will still have been loaded onto your pass and will still work at the turnstiles.

Thanks both. I turned auto updates off and then back on and the correct details now show

Bloody hell 7:30pm kick off on a Thursday will be tough for those going to get there on time
