That happened to me last season trying to buy Champions League tickets. It is infuriating because you have to wait so long to get in there as it is without getting booted out empty handed when you finally make it. Sorry that happened to you mate but there are a hell of a lot of people hitting the site at once and I guess these things will happen from time to time.

Couldn’t get a family ticket but managed to get 3 tickets for me and my boys (all members) only thing that seemed to work

Me too, I was lucky today. Joined queue at 1.05 with 1408 in front of me and managed to get three seats in the South Stand. So excited for this game!

They no longer publish a loyalty points table for members, as you are able to work out how many there from the table, the last time they did sometime in 2022 there were approx 146,000 members .
They still publish ticketing points table for season ticket holders so pretty easy to work out , there are 42,796.

A mate got a One Hotspur Plus membership last week and he is >200k in the queue for a ST. Add to that all the One Hotspur members - it's quite a lot

Im a season ticket holder, I got told by ticket office if me and my friend want to sit next to each other it would be better for us to go on a 2 otherwise sit apart. Fortunately managed to snag two after being 18k in the queue

If you purchase your usual Season Ticket seat, your ticket will be loaded onto your Digital Season Pass (or Photo ID Stadium Entry Card) as normal.

Different Seat

If you purchase a different seat your ticket will not be loaded onto your pass and will be issued instead as a digital ticket from [email protected] OR [email protected]. Please ensure that you download it and scan this digital ticket at the turnstiles instead of your pass.

He will need his own membership. Then add him to your network ,you are then able to buy two tickets and assign one to him.
