I would love this guy at the lane, never have understood why the PL teams have overlooked him.

In his peak years at 29, but possibly at a costly fee. Is he worth a punt?

He's been strongly linked the past two summers, I've always been against it. Shows quality against the poor teams in an average league.

Don't rate him at all. If we were going to spend that much on a 29 year old, just get Huntelaar instead.

I think we can chill on this one. There's simply no way Levy is going to sanction buying a 29 year old, overated lump like Cardozo for the £16M Benfica are reported to want for him. I don't know where this rumour has come from but I suspect the reasoning is "Spurs need a striker/ they have a Portuguese manager/ Cardozo plays in Portugal and Spurs have been linked with him in the past/ let's fill a few column inches with this totally fictitious story i've just made up and call it an exclusive".

I'm calling 'bullshit' on this one.
