Nuno took a massive gamble by taking such an incredibly weakened group out there. We should at least have Son, Dele, Lucas, Bergwijn etc. on the bench for exactly this situation. It’s as though he’s willing to completely write off this competition even though the coefficient points will be massively important once the new CL qualification rules come into play.

Honestly, I'd bring Harvey White on for Winks at halftime as he is just atrocious and White surely cannot be worse at tackling. Also gives us a good taker on free kicks.

agreed mostly, think Gil has been decent, at least he looks to make something happen.

add Lo Celso to the disappointing list - I still don't really know what he does.

Absolutely no balance in the team and co-ordination in that first half. CCV in no mans land and Romero didn’t track his player for their goal.

We have been poor with the ball, bar a few attacks early we haven't created anything of note. Hardly seen Scarlett in the game and Lo Celso also need to be more involved.

Bryan and Sessegnon both want to be in the same place on the pitch, really need one of them on the other side so we have more of a threat down both sides. And we need someone in CM who will break the play up (and not meaning winks breaking our play up all the time!)
