Been reported on Lancet (not sure if spelt correctly) a Brazilian sportal has been reporting the Paulinho will join the pensioners after the WC.

I'd be really surprised if this were true. Especially as we don't even know which manager will be in charge next season.

Might be some rumour-mongering in the hope of unsettling him or his agent stirring things in the hope of some interest.

Can't see it happening.....

Levy would try to gouge Chelsea on a sale and Small Paul hasn't really had the type of season that Chelsea could justify being gouged over especially given that they have the ability to pay for virtually any player out there, guessing they could land a similar player who was in better form all season without the hassle of dealing with Levy.

If it's in the Lancet, it suggests he's going to be injured. Sell him while he can still stand.

Lancenet are one of the leading outlets in Brazil. Wouldn't ridicule this story just yet, although unlikely. They say the agent who took ramires luiz and oscar to chelsea is sorting this deal.

Much as i havent been overly impressed with him, dont want him going there. Think Mourinho would make him twice the player he is atm

Looking forward to see him dominate the world cup while knowing he's a Chelsea player,
lifting trophies and playing latter stages in the Champions League wearing blue .. ..

Just want a new manager in place before we sell off all our potential top class players.
Paulinho, Sandro, Capoue, Vertonghen, Chiriches, Lamela, Holtby .....

So, so, so many reasons this would never happen, i don't have the necessary replacement keys i'd wear out if i listed them all.

Will be a great player for us if used correctly.

If he plays regularly for Brazil in the World Cup, I'd put a cheeky fiver on him being top scorer as they'll score loads, and he gets into a lot of good positions when he's allowed to.

Would be another classic bit of Tottenham short-termism if we got rid of him.

Hangs out with the Chelsea Brazilians doesn't he...and they're a tight group, I'd imagine its case of putting two and two together.

I'm not his biggest fan, but I think we would be regretting selling him to Chelsea by this time next year.

He has qualities that Mourinho likes in a midfielder, and I suspect he'd get the very best out of him.

I'm confused. The Daily Fail are reporting it like he's not ours, saying they'll gazump us and snatch him off us. Do they know he's a Tottenham player or can clubs literally steal players nowadays?

Bruno Andrade meant Paulinho might be close to Chelsea than Real Madrid and AC Milan. He did not say 'Paulinho has agreed to join Chelsea'

Alright guys. Just wanted to inform you all that Lance! reporter Bruno Andrade didn't say Paulinho has agreed to join Chelsea.

If they can spend what they did on matic, then they can spend it again on paulinho.
