Think they're just going by the news reports that initially came out and the most recent ones. Can't see anything beyond the speculation

The question is if we pull out of this if things progress well with Dybala. I'd hope not but you never know. Levy meeting them in Miami suggests it's serious.

If it was a loan with no option to buy, I am totally, 100%, completely fine with it. I have no problem with Arsenal throwing all of their eggs into the loan basket in a desperate attempt to get back into the UCL. Maybe it works for them, hopefully at the Chavs expense and not ours. But one thing would be clear--Once Ozil leaves for MLS, they will end this season with essentially no marketable asset other than Pepe, whom they have mortgaged. Every other asset in their squad will be unmarketable, not owned, or almost fully depreciated. So if the strategy doesn't work and they have Europa League again, the gamble will back fire in a very real and tangible way.

Coutinho - let's see what happens but I make the other poster right, if we can secure Dybala and Lo Celso on perm deals I wouldn't mind missing out on him. Atal would be a cherry on top but clearly I'm getting WAY ahead of myself with how it all looks. 40 hours to go
