Saw Extreme (the original) a couple of times, the first time at Rock City, 'more than words' had just come out so it was sold out when we got there, gutted, but we bribed the bouncers with £10 each (think there was 5 of us). Felt like rock stars walking through the queue...

Never played a 12-string?
I have indeed, although I don't own one (just 6 strings). The neck was wider but, because the strings were "doubled up", it was manageable, even for an amateur like me. The neck on that electric, with 8 strings spaced equally, looks considerably wider.

True, but I assume he's an accomplished bass player, and used to the extra spacing.

Agreed that 12 strings aren't too difficult for rhythm, but I think playing it at its best is more difficult than an 8-string.

Makes sense. I only ever tried playing rhythm on the 12-string.

Much to my disappointment, some people (who are wrong), do not like the current Duel of the Fates awesomeness.

So chose one and make it good!

I'm going to have a long hard think.
No don't touch John Williams masterpiece!!! Maybe something more from that genious "Force Theme" maybe..! COYStarwars

After no thought, Clubbed to death seems apt, if nobody else uses it...

Can't find the original though, sure there is a more sinister version my wife used on her catwalk productions.

Noticed in that Harry Winks interview today, he talks about the Duel of Fates music, how it still gets to him now, reminds him of being on the stands with his family.

I think it's cracking, myself
