I know it's complimentary but why why why must every article, comment or video about Bale act as if it's a foregone conclusion that he's gone and it's just a matter of who he is going to play for! I know he wont be here forever but he is now and for at least a couple of years yet I reckon. Be nice to just read/hear/see something where it doesn't eventually lead to this every single time!

I know realistically it won't happen but I'd fucking love it if we splashed £30m on Rooney and said to Bale 'this is what we're about now, stay and be the new Giggs at Spurs' etc.

I actually had a daydream about this in my car yesterday and it lasted a full 20 minutes. I arrived at my destination not knowing how the fuck I got there.

Barcelona won't buy him simply because he is out of their price range. They won't break the bank on a player the way Madrid do, look at how they dealt with Arsenal for Fabregas. Could you imagine them ringing up and offering £20m as opening bid? Levy would put the phone down and tell everyone to ignore this number if they ring again.

Meh. Is Pique all that? Not convinced. I'd take that iniesta fella though, he sounds like a good player.
