or it could work the other way, be someone the opposition wasnt expecting and work in our favour.
But you are right, Son would start as striker without Kane, and i assume Peresic would go LW

the rules have changed

Might not need to meet the criteria but would still need a visa. It's just the rules of obtaining the visa are different.

From what I understand, he would still need a work permit. The new rules just make it easier to get one if they don't meet the old criteria.

Maybe he just did his interview as posted by the official site, and is now just getting his head down, cracking on with training and settling in whilst awaiting his work permit being granted

Which goes to show you that we’re a Richy injury away from HAVING to play Son centrally, else we’re very quickly down to Scarlett as the main striker option.

I'd rather us play Son centrally with Perisic on the left and have Richy as the backup from the start to be fair!
