I'm pleased we've got him.

I'm still concerned we lack passing / ball progressing ability in CM/AM.

If we don't address this and Kulu get's injured or fatigued playing every minute, then I fear we're going to struggle.

On a more positive note though he's a good player, fun to watch, and someone who can get past his man and make things happen.

Watched his highlight reel and am excited about this guy! We're badly missing someone who wants to take on his man and can beat him.

Impressed by how he constantly tries to get in front of defenders after going past them and go toward goal, rather than straight down the wing. Looks like he has good acceleration and physicality.

I just hope we don't only see him in 5min cameos after Son has yet another no show game. This season we've basically been playing with 10 men when we attack.

When I saw the links to Everton I was very confused why he would go there. Was actually happy to see the next updates that we hijacked the move. Think he will be a very useful acquisition but we do also need Porro plus another CB this window. If we could plug 4 in for January it would be an incredible boost. Unlikely though, I guess

This sounds win-win to me. We effectively get him on a six-month trial as a 4/5th choice forward where if he doesn't fit we send him back with thanks, and if he does then we get him for a very reasonable (allegedly) £21m. Can totally see why this was taken on.
