No matter how you spin this, getting only Johnson and Solomon for the attack in the window we sell Kane is a utter and complete disgrace. Yeah. Hard not to be deflated by a potentially impotent end to the window. A window forever remembered for selling one of the Top 5 players to ever don a Spurs shirt over the last 40 years. Not being able to land a single attacking threat post-transfer. Not being able to land an additional CB either. The two most glaring needs at the end of the window remain unfulfilled.

Sorry, but this is a serious bummer.
