Hopefully doesn’t suffer from any repetitive jaw ache issues that could hinder him finishing off the opposition at crucial moments

This could go in any one of about 6 threads...

Poor Joe Rodon must feel so out of place there. Never really got the chance to see what being a spurs player was about.

Surely he needs to be serenaded with the (Gareth Bale-style) Bread of Heaven chant on his debut......?

Not done anything for Wales so far, playing as Striker and keeps getting beat to the ball or dispossessed. Only 30 mins in though

Good play there, battled for the ball, beat his man and got a good cross in, should be 2-0

And he should have just scored, nice move to beat the defender and get the shot away though

'kin 'ell, poor decision from the ref. Still only gave a yellow, even after VAR review. Should have been a straight red for the Latvian player.

Just watched the intro video.

Tall, fit, good looking lad with a nice demeanour. Has Jermaine Jenas vibes in appearance and attitude. Let’s hope he can go on and be even more successful than JJ. And score more goals in the NLD!!

Really good video on Johnson here, analysing his strengths, weaknesses and how he may fit in to our team:

Yeah interesting. I think in an ideal world Kulu moves to 10 to rotate and we sign a nico Williams type who’s a very good 1v1 specialist and can work on both flanks. It gives us very good options then for all scenarios I think

Yeah I'd replace Perisic with Nico Williams or a similar player in January or next summer.
