Big Romero supporter me....but I can see why some have doubts. Its the matches vs 'smaller' teams where the prob is worst imo.
He loses interest imo, simply not stimulated enough...doing a mad tackle relieves the encroaching boredom...other times he looks casual, that's because he's relaxed and mebbe a touch disengaged. It can look like arrogance.

Once again, I think he's a fabulous player, one of the few to keep City's freak quiet, but its keeping him motivated in less challenging matches that is the task for management imo.

I actually really like this from Romero. He is both:
1 - stating what we all knew in that there was no 'team' last year
2 - accepting that he wasn't fully focused.

He now needs to step up, focus on Tottenham and play like we all know he can.

Captain talk but would need to improve his maturity for captain walk.

If he can control his aggression he's exactly the type of person we need. I don't think he'll get picked though as he needs to prove he's over the red cards and silly challenges.

Shame he had to go off, but he didnt look right after scoring the header, so am glad we took the precaution in bringing him off. Sanchez did well to deputise.

Only if its a confirmed concussion surely. He went down the tunnel for assessment after coming off and then came straight back to the bench. I'd imagine he's fine and it was precautionary.

Probably by signing the wrong one means he isn't automatically out for 10 days. Although don't know the rules on that
