We certainly wouldn't go back twice more with increased offers, if we thought a deal had already been made and the Terms of Agreement accepted.

Well of course everything from their end days that, Betis aren’t exactly going to leak ‘we’ve accepted two bids and changed our mind both times’ are they now? And if this is the play Pochettino has told Levy ‘I need this guy and nobody else’, of course he’s going to keep negotiating. In fact, Levy is probably the last person to get overly emotional about his counterpart moving the goalposts as he basically wrote the book on it.
