Difficult to find the superlatives to adequately rate him since he joined us.

Absolutely exceptional.

Didn't have a clue how tricky he was in possession. Dribbling, close control, balance... On top of the passing and the shooting and the football intelligence... Full package

Genuinely the bargain of the century. When you look at what midfielders have been going for this summer, that we got him for £40m is a joke. Could say something similar in the Bissouma thread.

Got friends who are Norwich and Leicester fans, so I've heard nothing but positives about him for years. My only concern was how he'd fit in with Kane playing deeper.

Fortunately Kane saw he was no longer needed and moved on.

Keeping him fit is as crucial as it was when Kane was here . Talisman and his relationship with Son will only get better Coys !

He was good at Leicester but he's gone up a couple of notches here. Early days but I think he'll go on to give us more than Eriksen and that's some accolade.

He's better than Eriksen if he maintains this kind of level most weeks.

And Eriksen was quality.

He's got more punch 👊

He lacks no attribute to be considered world class. Absolutely tremendous player.
He just needs to put in performances like he has against the best teams. If he can do that against the Citys, Liverpools, Madrids, Bayerns etc then I agree. He could well be.

Agree. He's certainly a player that I can see putting in good performances on a very consistent basis.

The next level for him is showing he can be a starring player in a really big game against top opposition.

Yeah that is going to be the real test. Even if he fails he will still be a very good player but he seems to have all the tools to be a truly elite player. It’s amazing how much he’s stepped up. I’m looking forward to seeing how he does against a higher level of team.
