FWIW POK on twitter said the training video/pics are from earlier in the week. Squad had the day off yesterday.

I'm sure he's fine.

League of their Own was great fun, very Madders focused (i don't watch it normally so don't know if they always make it all about the guest). He's very sharp and witty, they all loved him.

Jamie Redknapp a little too much...!

I wasn't doom mongering ffs, I was pointing out that one of our most crucial players was unexpectedly absent from a training video, before saying "hopefully they're just managing his minutes or something".
Or maybe the training video crew get together during the edits and ask “who should we cut out and send the fan base into an apoplectic fit”.

I was at Crouchfest in Wembley arena last night and Madders had a little interview at a curry house. Sounds strange out of context but if you know the Podcast then you know

Off topic but I saw Crouchy had Wayne Lineker on and every chanted "paedo" at him.

It was hilarious! I was there aswell and they quickly swerved away from him and went straight to something else.

Had Jimmy Bullard being interviewed at the curry house. Was a good night!

Looked like his Achilles went to me. Hope he’s not out long because it’s gonna be really tough without him.

Perhaps he was carrying a niggle, and he knocked it. That is what it looked like to me, if his Achilles went, noway he could carry on playing.

BBC seemed to indicate he looked “confused” to be coming off. Was it as bad as some making out? Guess we will have to wait for the news in a few days

I still think it was tactical because it was right after VdV went off and Hojbjerg and Emerson (I think? It's all a bit of a blur) came on. I'm sure he played on for a few minutes after going down but, like I said, bit of a blur.

At least we only have one game before the international break and only one more after that this month, gives him (and Micky 🙏🏽) more time to recover.

I thought tactical at the time. Then I swear I heard someone on comms say hamstring at some point after?

Think we'll have to wait and see.

I think Carragher said hamstring at half time but that's the only place I heard it and he wouldn't know anything about the injury.
