I love PEH and think he is a far better footballer creatively too than people give him credit for. Thought he looked great when Bissouma came on to form a three and he was allowed to bomb forward. He showed some skill and great passes into Sons path and for the goal.
I know he misplaces passes but do think the two gets alot of shit from facing a three - theyre just chasing shadows a lot of the time and they get crowded out when they do get the ball.

Proper player, i like that now he has competition for his spot he has taken it up a gear, shows great character that and more of what we need.

I think he and Bentancur were arguably our best two (or two of the three) best players. I also feel they COULD offer more going forward if given the license to do so.
I reckon a three in the middle could really work. If only we had one of the best DMs in the league sitting on the bench, itching to go....

I think it gets referred to as the Zidane. He's done a few times as well, shame we didn't do more with the attack on that one.problem is, conte doesnt see the bissouma type as a player to sit in a 3, he sees that type as a creative type who can play the passes. He made comments on it recently.
