I think taking the time to actually type something into a thread in a forum about how dogshit they think a player is in the “heat of the moment” in a match thread is about as dumb as it gets, personally.

Because it’s not the heat of the moment and it is entirely by choice. Not by reaction.

double standards on your part
Sure.... You go back nearly three years to find a post which was my frustrated reaction to GLC missing a last minute chance against Chelsea away. If that's double standards in your definition by all means knock yourself out.

Or the fact that it took 30 seconds to go on his profile and look at his activity. Point is you cant call others out for not rating a player and then go and call another a dumb ****.

We're allowed not to rate a player and come on here and discuss why. Some players like Dier everyone piles on, others like Hojbjerg vanilla and mixed opinions.

I find people that post stuff like DK more annoying than people that will come on and create an arguement against and try and influence. Theres too much snobbery on here these days and way too much tribalism.
If you'd spent another 10 seconds you might even have found a post of me plotting to kill the queen....

I must say I found the comment about Hojbjerg being instructed to run behind the first defender rather than hiding behind him very interesting. I'm no football tactician, but I always tell my 9 year old to play the space. Run into space, pass into space etc. Space gives you time to do things. Maybe Conte was instructing our players to do this kind of thing in order to create space if the first defender than runs towards the ball carrier and therefore Hojbjerg or whoever becomes free. However, it often looked like he was hiding because there always seem to be spaces available for him to choose instead to receive direct passes and turn and progress. So was Conte being too complicated in his structures etc.? Surely if there is a space to use, the midfielders (everyone) should be looking to use it. Creating 4d chess moves is hardly needed on a football pitch with 22 players on it. With one quick pass and move space can be easily created. The key is that the other players are aware of where it will be created and react accordingly. So whether Conte or Hojbjerg were at fault for his hiding last year, excited to see how Ange creates space in the season ahead.

KInd've surprised he's willing to move.

Anyway if both parties are happy and we get a decent price well we should definitely sell.

If we haven't offered him a new contract yet it makes sense to move on for him and his family.

How many years does he have left on his contract? If it’s 2-3 then I’d be saying £40 million minimum.
