I don’t care what anyone says, I love the guy. If Jordan Henderson can play a key role in one of the best sides in recent history, no reason PEH can’t either.

Henderson is a solid player and underrated. He isnt a world beater but you dont need 11 or 25 world beaters in the squad. You need a team and squad wheo all complement each other on the pitch. Thats why I hate that word 'upgrade'.

Is an absolute monster and irreplaceable yet half the fan base would be fine if he’s sold. motm today and one of our 5 best players and I’ll fight this battle as long as he’s here.

He had a great game today, but there is no way I’d describe him as irreplaceable.

I wouldn't. I've said before that most top clubs have a Hojbjerg. Of course there are players better in the position, but not many with a better attitude, mentality, and experience. He's a proper club player and we'd leave a hole if he went (not that I think we are considering that).

Fair and thats what opinions are for. I think the intangibles we’d lose if he isn’t in the team makes him almost irreplaceable. The quality he possesses on top is what makes him completely irreplaceable for me. So underrated on the ball and so underrated in his impact on our attack.

Yeah I like him as a player, I think he has a heart of a lion and total commitment. This might sound unfair and don’t mean it to be, but if Conte does ultimately want a tilt at the title and I’m sure he does. I think Hojbjerg falls short, but we are talking about the absolute elite end of things if talking the title in the most competitive league in Europe.

Kane had the game-winning contributions but PEH was the standout player today IMO. Some great passes, take-ons, interceptions, and tackles today.
Another impressive game in the bank for our warrior dane.

Let’s hope he is good enough, as I believe he is, because Conte won’t be dropping him unless absolutely necessary I think.

No secret I love the guy. I still think he’s adding more to his game, and personally feel like he’s been better between him and Bentancur. If Skipp can get back to full health we are so, so stacked in midfield. I’m sure Bissouma is chomping at the bit to get his opportunity, and Skipp has always given his all when playing. In the end, it’s a very good problem to have when all are fit and ready to go.

He was very good again but always does a few things a game that frustrate the fans leading to some underrate his performances.

I think the issue we have with him is that a lot of the good stuff he does can easily be overlooked, but the bad stuff he does is usually quite memorable. We should all be thinking about the block he put in in the first half or the ball through to Kane. Unfortunately he seems to do one thing bad for every two-three good things.

I think my issue with him is he always seems a bit flustered when we play the top level pressing teams. He gets panicked on the ball and passes go astray. Today was a perfect example of why he's important to the club though because he can excel against this standard of opposition and we need good options.

Superb today. We’d be complete idiots to sell him right now - and fortunately, Conte & Paratici are not complete idiots.

How well he does every game (and Bentancur) considering they're both almost always outnumbered in the centre is so impressive. Would love to see if how we'd do in midfield with him, Bissouma and Bentancur starting.

Not a fan at all usually and would say sell at a decent fee but if he pays every game like he did today, I’d retract that.

even took the ball off Kane at one point to progress the play, some really good progressive play from him today that I don’t usually see
