We’ve just got to try and bed Skipp and Biss in to be able to come in for him as eventually he’s going to have a few games out.
I really do worry how we’ll perform without him in the starting XI

excellent tonight. Needs to do this against bigger teams though to take us to the next level.

I mean he kinda does... Liverpool and Man City to name two. Granted he has had some shite games too but I think that's the nature of hia position, the midfield gets overrun and two against three will always be tough.

I love the guy, he is a leader and you can see his influence on the pitch, rallying the troops, using his gestures etc.

He and bentancur have a great understanding and the reason I wanted a 352 is because I think both are creative and PEH showed that with his awareness to not just hammer the cross but he knew what he was doing

Love that PEH and Bentancur ran to celebrate with each other after the assist for Sons second. Seem to be getting a good relationship off and on the pitch

Comfortably our best player of the season so far.
Definitely this.

Anyone who is still having pops at him, saying he's easily upgradable etc is now just doing so based on bias because there is no way anyone can see him playing this season and think yea spurs can attract much better than that

About a year ago I would've had Skipp in the pecking order over him. I felt that Skipp's tenacity and mobility offered us more.

PEH has impressed me so much since Conte arrived I've completely changed my mind. Hojbjerg is such a well-rounded player and is so important to this team. He can do a bit of everything: tackle, pass, score, cross, cover, intercept, resist the press, lead the team. He'll never have the silk or the consistent passing ability of some of the very top players, but the sheer range of qualities he does offer is really quite rare.

After doubting him, these days I feel like he has to be the first midfielder on the teamsheet.

Glad he's proving the doubters wrong.

I get that he's a bit stiff (even say his touch and dribble yesterday for Son's goal) compared to the more high profile players in his position, so he does end up with an awkward pass or touch on occasions but he's always been productive, and now more so than ever,

Add to that that Bentancour is also starting to play more aggressively both with his passing and pressing, the two in midfield are playing really well together.

He's severely underrated in the attacking third. If we played a 3 in midfield that would give him greater freedom, I'd be pretty confident he'd chip in with a fair few goals/assists.

Let's be honest, at present there is a big drop off when either Benters or Pierre come off. Skipp and Bissouma need to get up to speed asap.

If you see him again tell him it’s not Hell-Burger
Very much doubt that'll happen again. He was "training" for a charity match, having flown over from the US. Why the fuck he or someone associated with him thought Dagenham Goals would be the best location for that is anyone's guess

Trouble is that Kulusevski produces far more than any of the central midfielders. 343 is still the best system with everyone fit and Bentancur alongside Hojbjerg are great as the central 2.

Player of the season for me. So impressive that that he gets in the attacking positions he does despite playing in a midfield 2. We're seeing the Denmark PEH this season with telling passes and game-winning contributions

The more he's allowed to do on the pitch the more he impresses me. I've given him some stick over the last year for his failings in the final third, but he's really picked up and I'd say delivered back to back MOTM performances this week.
