Really hope we can shift PEH, feel Gallagher just suits our new style of play so much more and would be a big upgrade to the squad. Ange also very keen to get him in. So he either needs to accept Fulham or we have to hope AM stump up the cash. Don't think it does anyone any favours if he stays.

Maybe a If Athletico or another club I prefer don’t come in by x o’clock I will move but with a release clause of if a CL club offering x amount next summer it is accepted.

Maybe he's rejecting Fulham as of now, but later he might change his mind when AM don't put forward a serious bid.

And he realises he won't be starting much if he stays. He'll be used to just close games out if needed.

And at the end of next season not even the Fulhams of the world will be interested in him.

He far from our worst player but given we have a shot at a home grown upgrade who Ange wants I’ll be hugely frustrated if he stays. Feels like he’s be on the brink of leaving since June so it’s dragging on.

Spurs and Fulham still trying to convince him and keeping the lines open for if Hojberg changes his mind if Atletico falls through.
I updated this earlier it's Atletico holding the damn line. They are back in talks with Spurs now trying to do a loan with an obligation. I'm quietly confident Pierr will get his move today fingers crossed.

Not sure if this means we are trying to put in the obligation or they are offering that instead of straight transfer. If it’s the latter I’d do that no problem. If they want a straight loan they can F off

Sounds like if Atletico pull out, Pierre still may accept Fulham. Fingers crossed this gets done either way.

Can’t we just tell Atleti to fuck off, so PEH has to consider Fulham?

I'm all for selling fringe players but we shouldn't be giving PEH away. If they only offer an option to buy or offer an obligation with anything under £20m then we should tell them to do one, whether it enables Gallagher or not. Tell Pierre it's between Fulham, staying here or finding another club that will offer something respectable in the last few hours.

so Bayern are waiting for Fulham to sign a replacement for Pahlinha (Hojbjerg) but Højbjerg is waiting on Atletico, if Atletico don’t come in he may decide Fulham is a better bet than staying at spurs. Spurs meanwhile want to get Højbjerg out in order to free up space for Gallagher.

yeah this is gonna go right up until the deadline

I forgot what reporter it was yesterday but I thought I read we all but agreed a loan/obligation deal (40ish million) with atletico but they needed to shift a few.

Hopefully right after they confirm that we are already far along with them
