Hojbjerg linked with Juventus, same day we are linked with Bremer. Maybe some swap deal in January?
I would absolutely love this to happen, I’m a huge Bremer fan. 😊💙

Likely the same as Dier, just sticking it out until the January window. I daresay he likely felt he should've been on the field earlier instead of Skipp.

Easy to make these comments when you don’t have the whole picture. A 1001 potential reasons, perhaps he had to pee.

He was immense when he came on. I dont understand the hate some of us here have on him. He has been one of our most consistent andbest midfielders over the last few seasons.

I'd hate to see him leave.

That’s on you, mate. He was spraying passes out to the wing constantly finding Deki in space. He came on and drove us forward.
He did do pretty well, we just needed a change of focus as we'd been doing the same thing for about 30 minutes.

I wouldn't say he drove us forward as we were camped on their box well before he came on.

I agree he played well for his brief cameo and seems to be Ange first choice for changing the midfield options

however he is a starter, he knows he’s a starter but just not for us. He will be off late January when the ACN draws to a close or the summer at the latest and I wish him well

With both our starting midfielders going to the African Cup of Nations for weeks in January, PEH is going nowhere any time soon.

Doesn't feel like he's part of this team. Pity. Did well enough yesterday and we'll be light in CM just after Xmas so he'll be needed.

Then again, he and the club were actively looking for a move just a few weeks back so hardly a huge surprise his emotional distance from the new squad has increased.

I'm sure he'll be as professional as ever though and won't be an issue. If the rumours of Juve are true, he'll have landed on his feet.

I'm not sure there can be any complaints. He appears to be a complete professional and gives his all on the pitch. What else can you ask for?

Some fans expect the players to feel the same way about the club as they do; that is a toxic mentality for me. It is similar in any line of work. I do my best because that is a personality trait of mine and many others, but you only get that if you pay us fairly. :smug: If the money isn't there, nor am I. We all do it, so why are professionals in competitive sports treated differently? Odd...

He has done a decent job when coming off the bench. Problem is he was a senior player last season and pretty much guaranteed to start. To go from that to not being seen as a first team starter by the new manager, understandably he isn't going to be happy just coming off the bench. It's made worse with us only being in two competitions now so further reducing opportunities to start.

I think he'll push for a move in January ahead of the Euros in the summer. Guessing a move for him could be a real possibility but if it does happen, cannot sanction it without getting a replacement in. I know Bentancur should hopefully be back soon but will be short if Hojbjerg goes.

He won’t be satisfied with 10, 15, 20 minutes (depending on extra time). But he’s a super pro that we can depend on. If I were him I’d try and go somewhere else where everyone would really appreciate me.
