Still, available for United with at least the same amount of training that Mickey had when he signed would be massive. I'd definitely feel confident we would take something from the game at OT
Never know. Could see him alongside VdV in that one. Out the furnace, 'n all that.

Not sure about the Reddit stuff. But if true, sounds like he has some similar temperament qualities to VdV and Vic.

He's just one of those players you sometimes get a really good feeling about.

Physically speaking, he will have ZERO issues with adapting to the PL. Seems like a lot of defenders that come from Serie A, adjust fairly easily. Perhaps it's to do with the general style of Italian football putting such a strong emphasis on defensive quality. But just look at Romero and Udogie... neither needed a bedding in period. And I wasn't all that surprised. (Though I'd be lying through my teeth if I had assumed Udogie wouldn't just make the adjustment, but also show himself to be among the upper echelon of LBs in the PL, in his first season, at the age of 20!!!).

I guess the biggest problem for Dragusin, is that we've had new players come into the team under Ange (Vic, VdV, Porro, Udogie), and made the transition look seamless. But what they have achieved is remarkable when you really think about it. They've set the bar extremely high in terms of expectations. If he is even 75% as capable from the outset as VdV, that's still brilliant.

I'm a skeptic/cynic... checked his reddit history and he has had one post (the Radu one) and only one other comment made in a League of Legends subreddit.

Now doesn't mean he isn't who he says he is, but massive pinch of salt for me.

But nothing in his analysis/opinion stood out as anything other than recently regurgitated stats and generally accepted pros/cons of Radu's playstyle
Think I'll go with my original instinct.

Not a Spurs fan but calls Postecoglou Ange?

Since Romario my bullshit radar is always at the ready with this stuff. Especially with the use of "tho" and other signs of native English speaker

I quite liked the I'm not a spurs fan but if I could pick one it would be spurs.

That's like I'm not a pervert but if I look through that keyhole I can see her changing at 6.30 pm every day🫣

who do we have to shag to have this moved into spurs chat by kick-off against Man United?

Hopefully he's available for it yes and I'd throw him straight in personally.

Not for this thread but the Man U game may be one we end up winning not because we're that good but because ETH has lost the dressing room up there. We probably need them to scrape past Wigan in the FAC with a poor performance but not so shocking a defeat that they need a 'reaction' and defend like crazy and put 10% more effort in ! (y)

I started reading that and got to "I'm Romanian" and read it as "I'm Romario" instead which instantly cast doubt on all the subsequent gushing. Which sounded a lot like the assessment of Fabio. Likely nothing to it but I wouldn't put it past the troll.

Man I guess I wasn't the only thinking this as soon as I opened that reddit post haha. Emotionally scarred by Romario.

I was fully expecting his name to be Romanio.

Sky running a piece quoting the agent saying 'he doesn't want to leave Genoa'

Almost certainly BS, but there you have it.

I took the agent’s comments simply to mean that Dragusin won’t do anything to force the move. Being so public about that can actually help move along the negotiations because the buying club (us!) know that the price tag isn’t going to move down much, as the player isn’t going to do anything to suddenly weaken the selling club’s position.

It makes complete sense that Genoa would take us for a ride with the price - they know we're desperate
